Practice HubSpot keyboard shortcuts

Drill all 5 until you don't have to think about them.

three keys and an honest floor

Covers HubSpot's CRM web app, where the native default shortcut surface is genuinely tiny; the last two moves apply only inside the CMS Hub developer code editor, and everything else in circulation traces to third-party extensions or unshipped feature requests.

The progression

Every deck is graded 1 to 4: level 1 is the reflex core, the top level is where the specialists live. One move from each, so you can see how far it goes.

  1. Level 11 move

Jump anywhere fast: open HubSpot's global search / command bar to find a contact, company, deal, or record without touching the nav menu

    macCmd+KwinCtrl+K

It reaches any record in two keystrokes, so you stop hunting through the nav tree.

  2. Level 21 move

Drop a saved canned response into an email, note, or chat reply: trigger the snippet picker inside any text editor, then type the snippet's shortcut

    #

One character summons boilerplate you'd otherwise retype a dozen times a day.

  3. Level 31 move

Loop a teammate into a record: notify a colleague inside an activity/note comment so they get a notification

    @

The mention is the handoff; without it your note sits unread on the record.

  4. Level 72 moves

In the CMS/design code editor, comment out the selected HTML/CSS/JS in bulk

    macCmd+/winCtrl+/

Toggling a selection off saves picking through tags to disable a block by hand.

…and 1 more at this level

How graduation works. Drill until every move in the deck holds at ≥95% first-try, under 800ms median, across two separate days. Then the deck is done — and you get a certificate stating exactly that, plus a LinkedIn credential in one click.
