Refund Policy

We want you to buy CmdEnter because it’s useful to you — not because you got stuck. A free tier lets you try before you pay, and this policy explains how refunds work if you still want one.

Try before you buy

The free tier — level 1 of every Base deck — is available to everyone without payment, so you can test the drill on real content before purchasing.

One-time purchases (Base & Pro One-Time)

If you’re not satisfied with a one-time purchase, you may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase by emailing support@cmdenter.app with your Creem order ID. You don’t need a detailed reason, though feedback helps us improve.

Subscription (Pro Monthly)

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Creem customer portal (linked from your receipt email). Here’s how cancellation and refunds work:

• Cancelling stops all future renewals. You keep full Pro access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
• If you cancel within 3 days of your first payment and haven’t made substantial use of the Pro-only content, contact us for a full refund of that first charge.
• We do not generally refund partial months or renewal charges after the first period, since you retain access for the time you’ve paid for.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed through Creem back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take several business days for the amount to appear.

What you keep

Certificates you’ve already earned remain yours even after a refund or cancellation. If a one-time purchase is refunded, the associated unlock ends.

Exceptions & law

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country. Where those laws give you stronger rights, they apply.
